Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: 1 each, L.A.B. Equipment, AD-125A Accudrop DropTester to include: Precision f ree-fall drop tester with 132 lb (60 kg) payload capacity; Standard dropheight is adjustable between 12 inches (300 mm) and 72 inches (1820 mm) via precision Ball Screw Drive System; Maximum package size is limited to 32 inches (810 mm) deep, no limit on h eight or width; Standard steel impact base plate is 30 inches (760 mm) wide by 52 inches (1321 mm) long providing a 30-inch (760 mm) wide by 32-inch (810 mm) deep impact zone; Standard utility requirements are 120V/10/60HZ/10 Amp/90 psi; Package holding fi xture for holding package at corner and edge; Hand-held control pendent for positioning drop head to desired drop height, releasing and resetting Drop Arm; Audible alert is initiated with release of drop arm; Adjustabl eupper and lower limit switches and a djustable air control valve and dual unit display flow gauge; Digital counter tracks the number of drops performed for Usability and Maintenance monitoring; Approximately standard machine dimensions are 108 inches (2743 mm) tall by 25 inches (635mm) wide b y 52 inches (1321 mm) deep; Complies with ISTA, ASTM, ISO and other internationally and industry recognized standards; domestic crating; 1 each, TLP Drop Shock to include: Test Lab Professional Data Acquisition and Analysis System; complete Windows-based software for easy Drop/Shock test acquisition and analysis; Provides 8 channel simultaneous data capture capabilities; Peak G, Duration, and Change-in-Velocity analyses; (1) Data acquisition computer, 17 inch LCD monitor and HP deskjet color printer; (1) S ingle user TLP software license and distribution CD (includes software and user manual); (1) PC data acquisition board; (1) Conugurable Connector Accessory Enclosure; (1) Single-axis, 1000g ICP accelerometer; (2) 20 feet accelerometer cables (6 m); (1) 4-c hannel power/signal conditioner; (1) Custom carry/storage case for accelerometer, cables and signal conditioner; Factory installation of hardware and software; Software upgrades and technical product support for 12 months; and Utilities required 120V/1PH/6 0Hz. FOB Destination (Fort Huachuca, Arizona 85613). Payment will be made by Government Credit Card under Net 30 Terms.
