- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 ? Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number is M6700106Q0077, documentation number M2835106SS00031. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-25. The proposed acquisition is a small business set-aside. The North American industrial classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 532111 and the small business size standard is 100. VEHICLES REQUIRED FOR SHORT-TERM LEASE. ITEM #0001: 12-PASSENGER VANS (NO 15 PASSENGER VANS), QTY (10), PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE REQUIRED IS FROM 02 JUN 2006 THRU 27 JUL 2006; ITEM #0002: MINI-VANS, QTY (3), PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE REQUIRED IS FROM 2 JUN 2006 THRU 27 JUL 2006. FOB Destination to A-66 Supply, Sneads Ferry Road, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC 28542. Quotes other than FOB Destination will be rejected. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offers - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders- Commercial Items, DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, DFARS 252.225-7000 Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate, and DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. OFFEROR SHALL PROVIDE COMPLETED COPIES OF FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252 .225-7000 WITH THEIR QUOTE. The Offeror is required to provide their Contractors DUNS Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. DFAR 252.204-7004 (Mar 1998). Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) and also the Wide Area Work Flow website (WAWF) http://wawf.eb.mil.
