- 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SIZE STANDARD 750 EMPLOYEES) The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center intends to enter into a contract for the purchase of Audio-Visual Equipment. This synopsis/solicitation is for the purchase of the exact brand names and model numbers as specified. 1)Pelco model SD4-W1, indoor surface mounted, 10X, low light color, pan and tilt camera (nine [9] each. 2)Pelco model SD53TC-PG-E1, outdoor surface mounted, 16X, low light color, pan and tilt camera (two [2] each). 3)Pelco model ICS111-CDV3A, camera system, outdoor, mini dome, surface mount (fourteen [14] each). 4)Pelco model ICS110-PG, pendant adapter (eight [8] each). 5)Pelco model SWM-GY, mount for pendant adapter (ten [10] each). 6)Pelco model DX8016-500DVD, digital video recorder, 16 video inputs and 16 audio inputs, w/DVD and MUX 16 card (two [2] each). 7)Pelco model DX8000-MUX16, DX8000 16 ch. MUX spot monitor card two [2] each. 8)Pelco model DX8000-AUD, DX8000 8 ch. audio option card (two [2] each. 9)Pelco model MCS16-20E, camera power supply, 24 VAC/20 AMPS, 16 outputs (two [2] each). 10)Crown model PZM11LL, PZM microphone line level (sixteen [16] each). 11)Beldon RG59U/18-2 combo cable, item # 549945 (three [3] 1,000 ft. reels). 12)Beldon 5-conductor cable, 2 pair w/shield, item # 8723 (one thousand [1,000] feet). 13)MCM RCA Y-Adapter cable, RCA (f) to 2RCA (m), item # 24-770 (twenty [20] each). 14)Belkin UPS, battery back-up w/surge protection 550VA, item # F6C550-AVR (two [2] each). This synopsis is a notice of intent to award and should be viewed as a request for quotations. Delivery must be prior to 8/1/2006. All responses received from Small Business by June 30, 2006 shall be considered by the Government. The following provisions/clauses, in their latest editions, will apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items with addendum that the Government will not pay taxes where an exemption applies; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items. The following clauses therein apply: 52.219-6, 52.212-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer ? Central Contractor Registration. All potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration system.
