Description: National Geo-Spatial Intelligence Agency intends to negotiate an award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with NAVTEQ Corporation, located in Chicago IL. NAVTEQ Corporation will provide an expansion of an existing data license for roads and network database to include data disclosure rights to state and local agencies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. Vendors who believe they have this capability should respond in accordance with Numbered Note 22. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated 7 days after publication of this notice.
