Description

This is a revision to a previously announced requirement. The previous announcement was issued on December 13, 2006. The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement to provide natural gas supply and transportation service to the J.W. Powell Federal Facility at 12201 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA, 20192. The solicitation number is 06HQSS0009 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The NAICS Code is 221210. The annual usage is approximately 832,000 therms. The Government contemplates award of a contract for a base year and four option years. Only those offers from offerors certified prior to the due date for initial offers by the Local Distribution Company (LDC), Washington Gas, as meeting financial and regulatory criteria will be considered for award. All offerors must be registered at www.ccr.gov prior to the submission of initial offers. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
