- The Bureau of Land Management, Salt Lake City, Utah has a requirement for 19 Satellite telephones, including airtime. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number for this notice is RFQ JSQ064076. The solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09, May 19, 2006. Contractor is to provide: Line Item 1: Nineteen (19) ea Globalstar Handheld Phones (Brand Name or Equal) GSP-1600 To Go (Includes: GST 1600 Phone, 2 GST-1650 Batteries, GST-1220 Wall Charger, and PEL 1200 Pelican case. Includes 1 year warranty 19 @ $_________ea = $__________ Total Line Item 2: Three (3) Globalstar Hands-free Car Kit (Brand Name or Equal) Includes 1 year warranty 3 @ $_________ea = $__________Total Line Item 3: Liberty 600 plan (600 Minutes/year) 15 @ $_________ea = $__________Total Line Item 4: Liberty 1800 Plan (1800 Minutes/year) 3 @ $_________ea = $__________Total Line Item 5: Liberty 6000 Plan (6000 Minutes/year) 1 @ $_________ea = $__________Total Grand Total $______________________ Note: All airtime minutes are to be pooled.
