Description: Furnish non-emergency Ambulance Services for the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Department of Veterans Affairs, in Chattanooga, Murfreesboro, and Nashville, Tennessee. Contract period is 7/1/06 through 6/30/07 with two 1-year option periods. The NAICS code is 62191 and the size standard is $6,000,000. Services shall be furnished 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Response time for Basic Life Support ambulance is 45 minutes ARO and for Advanced Life Support ambulance is 30 minutes ARO. Contract award will be based on best value to the Government considering offerors' technical capabilities, past performance, and price. This acquisition is 100% set-aside to small businesses.
