Description
Description: The International Boundary and Water Commission is seeking to make a single award to a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to remove existing generator and for the acquisition, installation and implementation of an emergency generator in accordance with the following specifications: Liquid-Cooled Diesel Engine with Generator, 60 kW Rating Standby/UL2200 Listed, CSA Certified, Permanent Magnet Excitation, 60 Hz/277/480 VAC 3 Phase, Digital/Analog Control Panel, Electronic Governor, NFPA 100 Level 1 Compliant, Battery w/Rack-Installed & battery charger installed, Mainline Circuit Breaker, Muffler/Silencer installed, minimum 125 gallon capacity double wall base tank with fuel level sender, pad type vibration isolators, EPA certified engine, 2 Automatic Transfer Switches, 2-480 volts three phase, 3 pole construction, operating at 60HZ, In-phase Adjustable Control, 7-day Programmable Exerciser. This equipment will be installed at the Anzalduas Dam Site, approximately 5 miles due south of the City of Mission, in Hidalgo County, Texas. Estimated issuance date of RFQ IBM06Q0014 is June 17, 2006 and responses are to be received by 5:00 p.m. MDST on June 31, 2006. The work under this contract is to be completed in 30 calendar days. The estimated price range for this requirement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
