Description: The Forest Service is in need of renting temporary office space for the Globe Ranger District of the Tonto National Forest. One 14x76 office building is needed. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract awarded for the base year with the option to extend four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Solicitation will be available on or about June 8, 2006. The Government will award to the quoter who offers the best value in their written quotation. Globe Ranger District may be reached from Phoenix, AZ by continuing southeast on US 60 for approximately 85 miles, then southeast on Six Shooter Canyon Road, FS 222 for 1.3 miles.
