Description

The contractor shall provide all labor material, and equipment necessary to furnish and deliver all HVAC controls for points identified and annotated in the provided drawings and specifications to include Section 15900 and 15950. The contractor shall furnish and deliver all required testing, balancing, submittals and related reports as directed in Sections 15900 and 15950. The HVAC controls shall be delivered, tested, and balanced at the James Madison Building located at 101 Independence Avenue, SE, Washington DC. NOTE: Request for the solicitation package must be made by FAX # (202)225-3221. Mark your request to the attention of John Friedhoff and be sure your request contains your company address, telephone and return FAX number and contact person. This solicitation will be available in hard copy or electronically on or by May 30, 2006. The solicitation will be available electronically at http://www.aoc.gov/businesss/procure-opps.cfm on the date of issuance. Interested parties are encouraged to download the electronic version, as this will save you a few days compared to waiting for a hard copy to be mailed to you.
