- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR OFFICE SPACE ST. ROBERT, MISSOURI The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks expression of interest from owners and authorized agents of aboveground office and related space. The Government presently occupies 1,100 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office space in St. Robert, Missouri. The Government will consider relocation if economically advantageous. The Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate. Occupancy would be required by July 1, 2006. AMOUNT: GSA desires to lease approximately 1,100 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, available for use by the agency for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The lease is also to include 5 on-site parking spaces. TENANT: General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Service Interagency Motor Pool. LOCATION: In St. Robert, Missouri. REQUIRED: Space shall be in an office building that is modern in design. Tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space offered must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. TERM: Lease will be for a term of two (2) years with the Government having termination rights with ninety (90) days' written notice to the Lessor.
