- PH-Foundation: a customized software application that enhances public health's ability to investigate, respond to, and report disease cases. It features web-based solution for disease reporting, integrating disease early warning, and surveillance. It meets industry standards and best practices: LDAP, DES, 3DES, AES, SSL, and XML Web services CDC's NEDSS; CDC PHIN; CDC's NETSS; and CDC's Public Health Conceptual Data Model Supports integration with immunization registries, existing notification and other public health information systems. Role-based security ensures controlled data access and maintains confidential communications among members of the public health system. Customizable questionnaires for disease data collection and outbreak investigation. Real-time report generation for on-the-fly epidemiological analysis, and support for common CDC NETSS reporting requirements. Supports capture of demographic data for routine surveillance. PH-Gateway:SE: flexible and scaleable software solution designed specifically for board, yet secure and simple access to public health applications and data. Transparent authentication and authorization for enrolled applications; support for BASIC, FORMS, direct SQL, and client-side certificate authentication; credentials stored in 3DES- encrypted session cookie; Support for RC2, RC4, DES, 3DES, and AES encryption; ISAPI used to modify HTTP headers; User authentication via Active Directory; Cross-forest and cross-domain domain authentication and credential retention; Support for 2-factor authentication; Support for RSA IDs; Supports expiration of security tokens after inactivity; Supports URL redirection after security token expiration; Browser-based interface for enrolling and managing application. Software Maintenance: Use of this application must application are entitle us to all published software upgrades, software fixes, and security patches, and supplemental applications support for a contracted 12 month maintenance period. This agreement can be continued by renewing the agreement prior to the expiration of the current agreement
