Description

ROAD 26N70 FORD MODFICATION consists of forming and placing approximately 67 cubic yards of concrete to raise the grade of the existing concrete ford structure on Forest Service road 26N70 at Last Chance Creek. Project work includes: forming and placement of concrete, quality control, and the installation and erection of a Government-furnished steel bridge deck frame consisting of two panels. The Government-furnished bridge deck panels are located at the Plumas National Forest Supervisor?s Office in Quincy, California. From Quincy, California take CA Highway 70 east 35 miles to Beckwourth, CA and the intersection with Plumas County Road 111. Take PC 111 north approximately 12 miles to its intersection with Forest Service Road 26N70. Follow 26N70 north approximately 18 miles to its intersection with Last Chance Creek and the ford site.
