- The Army Contracting Agency (ACA)/Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) is requesting for quotes (RFQ) to lease a 2006 Cadillac DTS Coachbuilder Limousine. This RFQ is open to all vendors who can provide only the aforementioned vehicle (a driver is not needed) with the following specifications: 1) Model: 2006 Cadillac DTS Coachbuilder Limo; 2) Four Doors; 3) Primary Color: Blue Chip; 4) Interior Color: Cashmere w/nuance leather seating surfaces w/Perforation; 5) Right- and left-foot rests; 6) Right -side lighted writing table; 7) Option to substitute the DVD Entertainment System for a Navigation System; 8) Telephone and Computer Jacks; 9) Pair-directional lighting; 10) 4.6L DOHC V8 Northstar Engine; 11) Electronic 4-speed Automatic w/OD transmission; 12) AM/FM Stereo-CD/MP3 Player; 13) option to stretch the vehicle by six inches (6 ) to provide extra back seat room for passengers, 14) two-year unlimited mileage, 15) On-Star Directions or Connections Plan, and 16) a regularly scheduled maintenance pl an that covers, but is not limited to, oil changes, tire rotations and chassis lubrication. Only offers that fully address each of the aforementioned specifications and quotes for leasing the vehicle (monthly and yearly) will be evaluated and considered. After responses have been evaluated by price and capability, the contract will be awarded t o the vendor whose quotation represents the best value to the Government. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price with two contract line item numbers (CLINs) for the vehicle, including a base year and an option year. The period of performance wil l be for a base period of one year (1 AUG 2006 31 JULY 07) plus a one-year option (1 AUG 07 - 31 JULY 08). Interested vendors may send quotes and capability states with their company name, address, contact information, and CAGE Code via e-mail to Patrice Hargrove at patrice.hargrove@hqda.army.mil no later than 23 MAY 06, 4:00 pm EST. No submissions by telephon e will be honored. Proprietary information of your company must be marked accordingly and will not be released outside the Government. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information identified (e.g ., limited and/or restricted rights).
