The statement was erroneously included in the sources sought notice and is hereby removed. The following statement is hereby amended to read as follows: A determination by the Government not to compete these proposed requirements is solely within the discretion of the Government. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is designed for market research of the small business community.
