- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation FA8601-06-R-0200, is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. The pedometer required is item number 1630-04BL Icon Pedometer Plus (blue) or equivalent. Must be delivered NLT 1 June 2006. This Acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. This RFQ has two line items. The item being procured is: LINE ITEM 0001: 30000 Each: Pedometer with protective button cover and calorie counting function.
