Description

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the Replacement of the Heat Exchanger in building 1440, Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to replace the heat exchanger at building 1440, Malmstrom AFB, MT, in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 02 June 2006. The Request For Proposal will close on or about 05 July 2006. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award. This acquisition is open to both large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Request For Proposal is available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.eps.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://ccr.edi.disa.mil/ccragent/p/sq1/ccr.welcome). All responsible sources may submit an offer good through 31 Dec 06, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/). The magnitude or this project is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00.
