Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice. Maintain and Repair Automatic Doors. This is a pre-solicitation notice for a FY 07 service requirement to maintain and repair automatic doors at Offutt AFB, NE. Funds are not currently available for this requirement. The service requirement is to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary to provide maintenance and repair of automatic doors located at 14 separate buildings. It is anticipated that the contract will consist of a 1-year base period and four 1-year options. Both routine service calls and emergency service calls will be required with an emergency response time of 6 hours. Doors are to be operational 100% of the time. A site visit will be scheduled at a future date. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about May 10, 2006. The requirement is a 100% small business set-aside with a NAICS of 561790 and size standard of $6 million. Vendors are reminded that prior to award they must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and have completed the on-line representations and certifications (ORCA).
