Description

This is a pre-solicitation notification for solicitation no. GS09P06KSD3009 for janitorial, grounds and related services at the Federal Building, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA. This is a Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSOW). The contract shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment and interpersonal skills necessary to ensure the effective performance at this location. Also requires that the contractor provide an on-going dialogue with the designated government representative. The contract period will consist of one base year with four (4) one (1) year options with an estimated start date of October 1, 2006. This is a negotiated procurement that is 8(a) competitive nationwide. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720. GSA is issuing the solicitation electronically only. It will be available on or about May 18, 2006. Potentital offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and/or additional information. As required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) all vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website www.ccr.gov and required to use the Online Representations Certifications Application (ORCA)in federal solicitations as part of the proposal submission. ORCA website www.orca.bpn.gov. Potential offerors should refer to the solicitation package for further instructions involving the use of ORCA.
