Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC), located at the Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey, soliciting proposals for Aircraft Maintenance and Aircraft Fuel Handler Support with performance at the above location. FAA anticipates award of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) labor hour contract for a period of 5 years to the responsive /responsible offeror whose proposal provides the best value to the Government. This procurement is a Small and Disadvantaged Business (SEDB) 8 (a) Program Set Aside with applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 488190. The size standard is $6.0M. Screening Information Request (SIR) No. DTFACT-06-R-00012 is attached to this announcement. Contract performance shall commence on October 1, 2006. Questions to the SIR shall be in writing and be directed to debra.monzo@faa.gov. All questions are due by 2 p.m. Eastern Standard time by May 30, 2006. The offeror's completed response to the attachment SIR must be submitted no later than 2 p.m. Eastern Standard time on Wednesday, June 14, 2006 in accordance with the instructions set forth in Section L. Award will be made in accordance with Section M award criteria. Prospective offerors are hereby on notice that any amendment(s) issued to this solicitation will be published at http://www.asu.faa.gov/faaco under current announcements for the William J. Hughes Technical Center. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award any effort resultant from SIR DTFACT-06-R-00012.
