05/12/06 - BY: CYNTHIA HORRIAT This is a Sole Source announcement. No "hard copy" RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Viasat to procure 1 EA RUGGEDIZED DSP MODULE w/OEB, 1 EA RUGGEDIZED UFH SATCOM UPCONVERTER MODULE, 1 EA RUGGEDIZED UFH SATCOM DOWNCONVERTER MODULE, AND 2 EA UFH SATCOM VME MODULE INTERCONNECT KIT. Award to be made based on all or none, and the lowest technically acceptable quote received. Contract to be awarded IAW Simplified Acquisition, FAR Part 13. Direct procurement questions via email to: cynthia.horriat@navy.mil. Note 22 applies, however, all responses received within 7 days ( in lieu 0f 45 days) of the date of this adverstisment may be considered by the government. Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendor's doing business with DOD. Information may be found at http://www.ccr.gov.
