- Anniston Army Depot is seeking companies who have the capability to provide vacuum assisted grinding tools. The vacuum must have the following characteristics: voltage @ 60 Hz, 120 volts; type of power, single phase; noise level @ 33 , (1 meter), 6 8 db(A); weight, less than 100 lbs; filter efficiency, HEPA, 99.999%@ 0.3 microns; current draw, amps, 14/18 Grinder must be designed for industrial use. They must have a floating shroud that allows visibility of the point of operation. They may be pne umatic or electric. Interested companies are requested to provide brochures, literature, published prices lists, contact name and number, not later than 24 March 2006. Information must be submitted electronically.
