Description

The Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence, CCE, formally (Defense Contracting Command-Washington), on behalf of The Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Business Transformation OUSD (AT&L) BT, expects to issue a Req uest for Proposals (RFP) to support the Business Transformation requirement summarized below. This is a pre-solicitation notice. An amendment to this notice will posted announcing when the solicitation is released. Solicitation will be available on or abo ut 2 Jun 2006. This is a 100% Set Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Small Business, NAICS code is 541611, size standard is $6.5M. The contractor shall provide support to The Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Business Transformation OUSD (AT&L) BT, for strategic, analytical, operational, and technical support in the areas of portfolio management, enterprise initiativ es, enterprise solutions, governance activities, and policy implementation/coordination. In addition, support to the offices Performance Management, and Communications and Outreach efforts will be required. The expected period of performance will be for a base period of 12 months with two one-year options. Performance shall be principally at the contractors facility with some visits to Business Transformation facilities at the Pentagon and in Roslyn, Arlington, Virginia.
