Description

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is seeking a responsible Contractor for award of a firm fixed price contract. Contractor shall perform system upgrade of Fire Alarm Control Panel and associated devises, including but not limited to smoke detectors, addressable modules, heat detectors and associated devices for the U.S. Botanic Garden. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment and materials required for this project. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $200,000. This Solicitation will be available in hard copy or electronically on, or by May 31, 2006. Specs for this solicitation will be available electronically at http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm on the date of issuance. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO DOWNLOAD THE ELECTRONIC VERSION, AS THIS WILL EXPEDITE RECEIPT OF THE SOLICITATION. It is the Vendor?s responsibility to monitor this web site for amendments, or other changes to the solicitation, and obtain the amendments from the AOC Internet site. Failure of vendor to do so shall not become the responsibility of the Government.
