Description

USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) require the developing, planning, collecting, and documenting of oral histories in video format of Native American tribal people who recognize the area around Fort Hood, Texas as part of their tribal homelands. The completion date will be no later than 15 September 2006. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order with American Indian Training Consultants for unique skills and expertise. Request f or W9132T-06-T-0090 will be issued on or about 25 May 2006 with a closing date of 2 June 2006.
