Description

The 89th Contracting Squadron wishes to procure a gutter cleaning and roofing inspection contract at Andrews Air Force Base, MD. This competitive acquisition is a 100% set-aside for hubzone small business concerns. This requirement will result in a Indefinate Delivery contract, with a one year basic contract and four one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561790 with a small business size standard of $6.5 million. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. The basis for award will be Past Performance Tradeoff. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Those unregistered in CCR may do so by calling 1-800-334-3414 or by visiting http://www.ccr.gov/. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
