Description: This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for service under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Serena Software, 2755 Campus Drive, San Mateo 94403. The sole source requirement is for Trackcr Software. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes.
