Description: THe purpose of this amendment is to include the following clauses and provisions; FAR 52.211-17, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (DEV), 52.247-34,52.252-2, 52.252-6, 252.204-7004, 252.212-7001, and 252.232-7003. Also to include the acceptance of or equal items, however if an or equal is submitted the vendor must provide the manufacturer, part number, and product specifications for the submitted equal item. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for LAN Materials, prepared in accordance with the format FAR subpart 12.6 as suplemented with additional information included in this notice.
