?Pre-Solicitation Notice? The New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NMVAHCS), 1501 San Pedro Dr SE, Albuquerque, NM has a requirement for Cannulated Screw Sets and Associated Guide Wires and Instruments, to be provided on a Consignment Basis; consigned items will be stored at NMVAHCS and will be readily available for use. The agreement period will be for a twelve-month base period, with four (4) one (1) year optional periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
