- THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO CLARIFY THAT THIS IS A TOTAL HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to replace 13 chilled water air handling units in the berthing area attic, ductwork changes in the Office and Communicationss Rooms (B-204/205), installation of one split system 2.5 Ton/R-410A refrigerant air conditioner located in the attic, but serving the Communications Room (B-204), and refurbishment /rearrangement of the Mechanical Equipment Room, including replacement of the existing horizontal 500-gallon domestic hot water storage tank with a smaller 330-gallon vertical storage tank. Also included is electrical work associated with these modifications. The work is located at USCG Station, Destin, Florida. The range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required.
