- The Government is interested in leasing approximately 8,775 rentable sq.ft. yielding 7,630 ANSI/BOMA Office Area sq.ft. of fully serviced office (to be provided as part of the rental consideration) and related space in FAYETTEVILLE, NC. This space is required no later than NOVEMBER 10, 2006. The lease term is ten (50) months with the Government having cancellation rights after twenty-one (21) months. Space must be located within or directly on the following geographic boundaries: Start at the point where I-95 enters Cumberland County at the southwestern border of the county, continuing generally in a counter clockwise direction. I-95 (northeast) TO junction of I-95 at Business I-95; proceed southwest on Business I-95 TO the Cape Fear River; proceed north on Cape Fear River TO Carvers Creek; proceed northwesterly on Carvers Creek TO the perimeter-boundary of Ft. Bragg Military Reservation; proceed South and west along the perimeter-boundary of Ft. Bragg Military Reservation to the western boundary of Cumberland Count (at Little Rockfish Creek); proceed south Along the western boundary of Cumberland County TO I-95 (the point of the beginning.) Unique Requirements Overview: Offers must be for a contiguous floor plan space with loading dock or scissors lift if group floor in a quality building of sound, substantial construction and location shall embody a corporate professional image. Elevators required if space is above or below grade. 24-7 access required with adequate cable facilities. Overall dimensions of non-obstructive interior space shall offer agency an efficient office lay-out. Parking spaces identified to accommodate 50 parking spaces.
