Description

Arnold Engineering Development Center intends to award up to three contracts for paving requirements at Arnold AFB, TN. Contract type will be Indefinite Delivery- Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The contractor shall provide, upon receipt of a delivery order, all work, material, supplies, plant, supervision, and labor to perform various paving projects and road repairs in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, and drawings contained in the contract or incorporated by reference. The contract will be issued for a base year and wil contain four (4) one-year options that may be exercised at the Government's discretion. The solicitation will be issued on or about 5 June 2006. Proposals will be due on or about 13 July 2006. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237310. The Small Business Size Standard is $12,000,000. This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation. All qualified business concerns may submit a proposal. The solicitation, plans, and specifications will only be available at the FBO (www.esp.gov) website. Plans and specifications will not be available in a hardcopy format. Amendments shall be posted at the listed website. It is the contractor's responsibility to check the website for any posted amendments to this solicitation.
