Description

The purpose of this amendment is to provide clarification on the requirements for the Infrared Radiometers. The following specifications are what the technical person (Mr. David Marshall, 46 Test Wing) requires. Please follow these specifications when submitting a quote: Requirement: Digitize, Time-tag, Display and Record to an MS-Windows XP formatted hard drive an infrared radiometer?s electrical output signal. 1. Input Voltage Range: a. ?20 Volts. 2. Digitization Resolution: a. 16 bits all channels. 3. Sample Rate Requirement: a. 1,000,000 samples per second (1 Ms/s) per channel selectable is minimally acceptable. 4. Analog Input signal filtering: a. Selectable time and frequency domain optimized filters per channel with selectable filter frequencies. 5. Time-tag requirements: a. IRIG-B, Universal Time Coordinated (UTC). 6. Acquisition requirements: a. minimum of 16 channels simultaneous with expandability b. All storage medium shall be removable (i.e. operating system hard drive). 7. Display Requirements: a. selectable to at least 8 channels simultaneously. b. at least 10 updates per second. 8. Status and Control: a. MS Windows XP based graphical user interface (GUI). All terms and conditions previously stated in original combined synopsis/solicitation F1T0EB6104A100 remain unchanged. All responses must be received No Later Than (NLT) 3:00 P.M., Central Standard Time on 19 May 2006.
