Description
RD05193004000/ BSM IQC06083009004. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN. This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 1615-00-524-3583, Collet Set, Matched IAW with Bell Helicopter Co., Cage 97499, Part Number 214-010-436-1. Source Control applies with intended sources New Hampshire Ball Bearings (Cage 15860) and Sargent Controls & Aerospace (Cage 97613) and Bell Helicopter (97499) First Article Testing/ Preproduction Approval Contract Testing Required. Configuration Control Applies. Critical Application Item. QCC ? RAM. Surge Requirements Do Apply. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government, 35 each, Required delivery 210 days ARO including First Article Testing, FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order: Stock Locations: Stockton, CA or New Cumberland, PA. ORIGIN Inspection is required. Note 26 apply. Unrestricted . Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Other than full and open competition, more than one source. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
