Description: Small business SetAside. Project title: FOREST RESTORATION PROJECT, Lost Creek and Crags Campgrounds, Lassen Volcanic National Park, 38050 Hwy 36 East, Mineral CA 96063. Solicitation Number Q8400060029. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed price quote on the services to accomplish stand treatments for a variety of forest health issues in Lost Creek and Crags Campgrounds. This project will selectively reduce tree densities and stocking levels to reduce competition for site resources, remove ladder fuels (biomass), create openings for pine recruitment, and remove campground hazardous trees through merchantable tree, biomass and slash removal. Please see attached for specific description of services. Cost to include all technical expertise, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. Bidder must be a Licensed Timber Operator (copy to be submitted with quote). Estimated construction cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code for this project is 115310. A required site visit will be scheduled for all interested parties with the time and date to be announced in the solicitation, Section L, clause 52.237-01, Site Visit.
