Description

NAICS 236220 - Space alterations in existing office space to include carpet installation, painting, electrical, and communications wiring at the William Guy Federal Building/Post Office/Courthouse, 220 E. Rosser Ave., Bismarck, North Dakota. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on May 22, 2006. Work to be completed in 90 days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment bond is required. This solicitation may be available on the internet http://fedbizopps.gov. Drawings will not be available on the internet. To obtain drawings, submit a request (fax or email) to the Contracting Officer at address listed above.
