- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issue, however, THE REQUIREMENTS PACKAGE (STATEMENT OF WORK, EVALUATION CRITERIA, AND ATTACHMENTS) WILL BE ISSUED VIA EMAIL REQUEST AT JORDAN.RONALD@DOL.GOV. (ii) The solicitation number is DOL069RP20203 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-08, 01/05/2006. (iv) This solicitation is Full and Open. It is issued under the NAICS code 519120 with an SBA Size Standard of $6,500,000.00. (v) The Department of Labor (DOL) plans to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for Computer Assisted Legal Research with a Period of Performance of 12 months, estimated to begin 01 June 2006. This date may be changed however to reflect the actual award date of the contract. (vi) Description of Requirement - THIS INFORMATION CAN BE OBTAINED BY EMAIL REQUEST TO JORDAN.RONALD@DOL.GOV. (vii) The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (viii) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items is applicable to this acquisition. The list of the evaluation criteria will be uploaded along with the Description of Requirement as stated in (vi) above. (ix) The clause at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, shall be completed and submitted along with the contractors proposal. (x)The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xi) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
