- U.S. GOVERNMENT IS INTERESTED IN LEASING SPACE IN SPRINGFIELD, MASSACHUSETTS The United States Government desires to lease approximately 12,951 rentable square feet which must yield 11,262 to 11,825 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office and related space. Assigned on-site parking for 14 vehicles must be provided along with the ability to add three additional spaces in the future. The space must be contiguous and located on the second floor or higher and be protected with a fire sprinkler system. Only existing buildings will be considered The delineated area includes the entire City of Springfield, Massachusetts. Term: The Government is interested in a ten (10) year term with termination rights by the Government at any time after the fifth year. General Information: This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. Expression of interest should be submitted within 5 days. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with PL-90-480 (as amended). Owners & Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than an owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owners granting permission to make a general offering of the space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the owner shall furnish an acknowledgment of the multi-representation.
