The salient physical, functional or performance characteristics that equal products must meet will be provided upon request to the Contracting Officer. This synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the Format specified in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912PQ-06-T-0005 and is issued as a Request for Quote. Submit written offers, oral offers will not be accepted. Evaluation of offers will be base upon price and technical ability of the item offered to meet the Governments requirements. To be considered for award, the awardee must be capable of providing all items listed above, to include the installation/setting u p and moving of existing equipment. All offers must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.CCR.gov). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07, effective 2 February 2006. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small busines s concerns. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated; one award will be issued for all items.
