Description

Aberdeen Proving Ground has a need to procure a multiple award post wide construction task order contract. The magnitude of construction is between $100 Million and $225 Million dollars. The procurement is restricted to certified 8(a) contractors a nd no other sources will be considered. The Government intends to make one to seven awards. Contractors shall have a minimum bonding capacity of $10 Million per year. Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, and transportation nec essary to perform unscheduled facility maintenance, alterations, repair, and minor construction work in the Aberdeen and Edgewood areas of Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD as well as various other off-site locations. All tasks will be issued on a firm-fixed-pr ice basis. All work shall be done in strict accordance with the contract specifications. The Government anticipates awarding a contract for a base year and four option periods. The base period and any option periods awarded shall not exceed five years. The closing date for receipt of proposals is estimated. The solicitation will be posted at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi.
