Description

The Camp Ole Engine Garage Addition project for the Camp Ole Fire Station is located on the Cleveland National Forest in San Diego County, California. The project consists of the following items of work: Demolition of existing building components and utilities; construction and installation of Remodeled building components, utilities and all finish work; construction of building Addition, utilities and all finish work, construction of asphalt parking area; construction of and or installation of miscellaneous site improvements and drainage features. The work Shall provide a waterproof and weathertight building with finshed interior and exterior appearance to match the existing portion of the building. The work site is located at the Camp Ole Fire Station: From San Diego, CA take Interstate 8 east for approximately 40 miles to Sunrise Highway State Highway 1. Then head north which is left for approximately 11.5 miles. The Camp Ole Fire Station is located on the left side of Sunrise Highway. The Engine Garage is at the end of the paved driveway fork to the right. The recommended contract time is 151 days. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractors Registry BEFORE a proposal is submitted. Proposals will not be considered without a CCR number. Registration can be done online at http://www.ccr.gov. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS code: 236220 Size Standard $31.0 million. Offer due by noon June 19, 2006
