- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 331380, Size Standard 10 Mil. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2BBAE6109A200 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-08 effective 05 January 2006. The Government intends to award one service contract line item number (CLIN 0001) for Calibrated Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (SIMS) analysis on semiconductor bulk crystals and film samples). Offerors must provide a quote in accordance with specifications attached. Period of Performance will begin on 15 May 2006 and will end on 14 May 2007. FOB: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance: Destination.
