Description

UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition Washington, DC. The United States Governmemt intends to award a lease using other than full and open competition to the UPI Building, 1510 H Street, NW, Washington, DC for the offices of the US Court of Federal Claims and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The following meassures are already incorporated into this building that uniquely meet the requirements for these agencies * Directly adjacent to the National Courts Building Complex, separated by a 16 foot alleyway * Strictly controlled vehicle entry into this alleyway by Court Security Officers * Existing on-site security provided by Court Security Officers * Existing administrative and logistics support for the Courts within the National Courts Building Complex * Cost savings associated with the shared use of existing common space for conference rooms, training facilities and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) facilities. This lease will be for a range of 21,800 to 23,980 usable square feet of fully serviced space for a 10-year firm term lease. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the Government's intent to award this project under Other Than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Santoni Graham, Contracting Officer, at santoni.graham@gsa.gov or to his attention at GSA, Public Buildings Service, DC Service Center(WPJ), 301 7th Street,SW, Room 2670, Washington, DC 20407.
