Description

Sources sought to provide a portable diode Laser System in order to perform outpatient surgery of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). The system shall consist of a treatment diode laser, a marker diode laser, a thermal management system, microprocessor-based control system, temperature detection system, chassis and enclosure, footswitch, cart, printer, and user interface displays and controls. Please respond via e-mail ONLY. Your response should identify your company name, point of contact with contact information, capabilities statement and identify your business size, and if you are (by the definitions in the FAR) any of the following: Small Business, 8(a) disadvantaged, disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, service disabled veteran owned or HUB Zone certified. Also, provide physical, functional and/or performance characteristics as well as descriptive literature, illustrations, drawings and/or clear descriptive data indicating your laser system is capable of performing Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) outpatient procedures. Only this minimal information is requested. A Request for Quotes shall be issued at a later date. The NAICS code for the procurement is 334510 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
