Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Transport and Satellite Branch, Procurement Section (DITCO/PL8221), Scott AFB, IL 62225, intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to TMANet for twenty-four Call Center Management Information Center (CCMIS) Supervisory Work Station Licenses in accordance with FAR 6.302. TMANet is the only known source that is capable of providing these licenses as it holds the proprietary data rights to the software. This is not a request for quotation. There are no solicitation documents. Vendors desiring to submit quotations must provide sufficient information that the contracting officer can determine they are offering the appropriate licenses. If it is determined that the appropriate licenses are being quoted, the quotation will be evaluated as part of a competitive acquisition. Vendors must submit their quotations to DITCO/PL8221 no later than COB 04 May 2006. If no quotes are received by 04 May 2006, a purchase order will be issued to TMANet to provide these licenses.
