- USMILGP - Bogota would like to identify interested parties for Fixed Wing airlift requirements for the country of Colombia. The requirement will be to provide a combination of Non DOD passenger and cargo movements. The Contractor must be certified to fly in Colombia, be able to perform 4 simultaneous missions, have aircraft available 24/7, and have 1 backup aircraft at all times. The aircraft shall be able to land on short, unimproved runways in remote locations and carry a minimum of 35 personnel and their equipment or a total of 4 tons of cargo. Interested carriers are requested to submit a statement demonstrating their capability to perform the responsibilities listed above and indicate whether they are a Department of Defense (DOD) approved carrier . Responses shall be limited to three pages and submitted electronically in Microsoft Word or Adobe .pdf format. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 481211 has been determined applicable to this requirement.
