Description: We intend to award a sole source contract to L-3 Communications Tital Corporation, 3394 Carmel Mountain Road, San Diego, CA 92121 for the completion of nuclear environment threat simulation (NETS) software initiated under a previous contract. This i s a follow-on effort and award to any other contractor would result in time delays and duplication of costs that are unacceptable to the customer.
