Description: We are awarding a sole source contract to Bob Gray Consulting, 3414 N. George Mason Dr., Arlington, VA 22207-1840 to complete the development of Directed Energy Environment Simulator Development software that was initiated under a previous contract. The use of any other contractor would cause time delays and duplication in costs that are unacceptable to the customer. Any comments must be submitted prior to 1400 MDT 18 Apr 2006. See Note 1.
