- This Pre-Solicitation Notice is AMENDED as follows: The Request for Proposal (RFP) for this solicitation is anticipated to be released on or after April 30, 2006. The POINT of CONTACT for this notice is Mr. Montie Hickey, Procurement Technician. He can be reached at Tel: 505-748-8137 or via e-mail: Montie.Hickey@dhs.gov The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Artesia, New Mexico 88210 has a requirement for Student Support Services. This requirement is for the functional areas of support including Firearms and Drivers Training support, Uniform and PT issue support, Roleplayer services, Audio-Visual and Educational support, Transportation and Vehicle Maintenance support, Post Office operation, and Administrative Training Materials support and will be met through a 100% Small business setaside. The Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, management and supervision to meet the requirements. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on this website for downloading on/or after April 30, 2006 with a planned response date of June 1, 2006. A Pre-Proposal/Site Visit is planned, information regarding time, date and point of contact will be available in the solicitation. All eligible firms may submit a proposal in writing which will be considered by the agency. The NAICS code is 561210 with a small business size standard of $30 million. Firms are encouraged to download the solicitation documents from FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov; hardcopies of the solicitation will not be issued. Fax, e-mail and/or phone proposals will not be accepted.
