- U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN North Charleston , South Carolina AMOUNT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease existing office space consisting of approximately 10,470 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous space on a single floor including 17 secure parking spaces with the capability to provide an additional 2 secure parking spaces. A fifty-foot setback on all four sides of the space is required . Build-to-suit locations will be considered. LOCATION: Space must be located within the Central Business District (CBD) of North Charleston, South Carolina. If suitable space cannot be found within the CBD, then the Government will give consideration within the city limits. Required: All services, utilities, supplies, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental. All property must be within or facing the CBD area. Term: Occupancy is required not later than February 28, 2007. The lease term will be for ten (10) years, with the Government having the right to terminate after five (5) years. Owners and Agents: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office in writing via fax, email , or US Mail by Friday, April 14, 2006. Please include common area factor for available space by floor, if applicable.
